I know we’re not supposed to expect much from Amy Winehouse these days, but I was kind of hoping her comeback concert (at the St. Lucia Jazz Festival Friday) would have turned out semi-decent!!

False hope!!!

Amy Winehouse Hospitalized in St. Lucia

Amy Winehouse was hospitalized Friday night after fainting in St. Lucia.

“She fainted at home and they took her in for observation,” Winehouse’s rep said, adding that the visit was precautionary. 

“They told her that she was dehydrated and need to drink more water,” the rep said.

Sharon Jones is a living legend!!!

The R&B soul diva played a two-night stand at New York’s Nokia Theatre this weekend, accompanied by funk & roots legends The Dap Kings, most famous for their contributions on Amy Winehouse‘s Grammy-winning Back to Black.

Jones belted new, unreleased tunes, as well as classics like “How Long Do I Have to Wait For You?” and “100 Days, 100 Nights.”

Sister even cooked up an impromptu rendition of jazz classic “My Funny Valentine,” made famous by Ella Fitzgerald!
