Kiss Celebrate 35th Anniversary with Tour

Kiss will celebrate their 35 year anniversary by kicking off a 40-something date arena tour dubbed Kiss Alive 35 this September! Rockers Buckcherry will serve as the opening act.

“For 35 years, Kiss raised the bar for what a rock concert should really be,” said frontman Gene Simmons. “This year is no different – all new, all killer… all KISS!”

Country pop tart Taylor Swift surprised Keith Urban during his Kansas City concert Saturday night by joining him onstage decked out in full KISS gear!!

Urban and Swift then performed a duet of “Kiss a Girl.”

Gene Simmons is a Believer

Kiss’ Gene Simmons hit Vegas over the weekend to check out Criss’ Angel‘s much-hyped “Believe.”

We’re guessing he was a fan because Simmons also opted to cameo in the show’s opening magic act Monday night!!

We would have loved to see that show!

Kiss to Deliver "Meat and Potatoes" Record

Hair metal band Kiss is set to deliver “a classic ’70s rock & roll” record, says singer Gene Simmons.

“No secret to life, no political messaging, nothing like that,” the bassist promises.

Good! 

That’s what we want from Kiss!!!

Simmons adds that all of the songs have been written, and the band is about to go to the studio to record the album — their first in over 10 years.

“Sometimes you just want to go out and have a meat and potatoes thing [and] forget the French dressing,” he says.
