We’ve always thought Lauren Conrad was beautiful, but when we saw her at the 2009 Hollywood Style Awards Sunday night at the Pacific Design Center, we were completely blown away!!
Conrad looked radiant in this flowery neon number with belted waist and matching pink lips!
