Dionne Warwick Performs Classics at Madison Square Boys & Girls Club Gala

December 6, 2009

Friday was a huge night for the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club!

The 125-year-old organization held their 43rd Annual Christmas Tree Ball at Cipriani on 42nd Street, and got by with the help of their immensely-talented, multi-platinum selling friend, Dionne Warwick!

Warwick played four classic songs for the crowd, which included everyone from Madison Square Executive Director Joe Patuleia to iconic pop artist Peter Max, who donated several paintings for auction. Members of the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club formed the Columbus Clubhouse Dancers and danced in the background!

Check out two of our favorite performances of the night, “Say A Little Prayer,” above, and “That’s What Friends Are For,” below.
