Wanderlust Festival Taps Michael Franti, Jenny Lewis

Wanderlust Festival has tapped some of the biggest and best names in indie rock for their Lake Tahoe, NV fest July 24-26!!

Michael Franti & Spearhead, Spoon, Andrew Bird, Jenny Lewis, Girl Talk, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings and Mates of State are just a handful of the artists announced so far!!

Sharon Jones Takes New York

Sharon Jones is a living legend!!!

The R&B soul diva played a two-night stand at New York’s Nokia Theatre this weekend, accompanied by funk & roots legends The Dap Kings, most famous for their contributions on Amy Winehouse‘s Grammy-winning Back to Black.

Jones belted new, unreleased tunes, as well as classics like “How Long Do I Have to Wait For You?” and “100 Days, 100 Nights.”

Sister even cooked up an impromptu rendition of jazz classic “My Funny Valentine,” made famous by Ella Fitzgerald!
