Jill Zarin Channels Poison Ivy at Halloween Masquerade

You can imagine our excitement when we got to Bryant Park Grill for their Halloween Masquerade Saturday night and saw our favorite Real Housewife of New York Jill Zarin dressed as Poison Ivy!! Especially since Poison Ivy‘s costume was a real housewife of 1950!

Talk about trading places!!!

“A lot of people are dressing as Caroline from Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Zarin tells us, of RH-inspired costumes she’s seen. “And Kelly [Bensimon].”

Also at the party were Zarin’s husband Bobby (top photo), Lisa Gastineau (who talked to Poison Ivy about her new jewelry line Tres Glam: “[The evil eye necklaces] are made with all real diamonds,” she said), event promoter Sally Shan, and Ally Zarin (bottom photo), who was celebrating her birthday (“I applied to Brown yesterday!” she gushed.)

Bethenny Frankel Leaving Real Housewives of New York City?

We must admit…. We had a weird feeling that natural food chef (and Naturally Thin author) Bethenny Frankel was leaving Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City.

First, we asked her about all the reporting she was doing for Access Hollywood.

Then, we quoted her talking about a segment she was doing on The Insider.

Life and Style is now reporting that socialite Sonja Morgan will be replacing Frankel on Housewives for season three, although we know “replacement” won’t be possible!!

We love Bethenny almost as much as Jill Zarin!!

Update: Phew!! Frankel has taken to her Twitter to dispel the report, writing:

“You heard it here:the rumors about me not being on housewives are false. you’re stuck with me!!!xo tweeps”

New York Fashion Week: Backstage at Badgley Mischka

If there’s one show at New York Fashion Week you must see, make it Badgley Mischka!!!

Poison Ivy had a chance to go backstage before the fantastic runway show Tuesday morning, and spotted everyone from Kim Kardashian to Fran Drescher to The City‘s Erin Lucas to Kelly Rowland!!!

We also had a chance to chat with Real Housewife of New York Bethenny Frankel, who was covering the show for Access Hollywood.

“I made four fashion paux pas,” Frankel said, when we asked how her interviewing skills were working out. “I sat in a celebrity’s seat, I took clothes off the rack… Oy. Let’s see if they invite me back.”

Getting Real with Alex McCord

Poison Ivy took our eyes off a drunken Fergie for a minute Tuesday night to catch up with Real Housewife of New York Alex McCord at the Robin Hood benefit in New York!!

While McCord was hesitant to dish about an impending season three of Housewives, she did give us a pretty decent indication of her current relationship with the other five women.

PI: Are any of the other Housewives here tonight at the benefit?
AM: No. Absolutely not.

“NBC asked [Simon and I] to be somewhere else tonight, but we said no,” McCord continued. “[Robin Hood] is where we chose to be.”

Way to bring out the claws!!

LuAnn de Lesseps Separates From Husband

Real Housewife of New York Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and husband Count Alexandre de Lesseps have separated after 16 years of marriage.

According to reports, the Count “sent [LuAnn] an e-mail saying he was with an Ethiopian woman in Geneva, and he was serious with her.”

Ouch!

The couple has two children, Victoria, 14, and Noel, 12, together.

The former Countess’ first book, Class with the Countess, will go on sale this May.

Real Housewife Kelly Bensimon Arrested for Assault

Newest Real Housewife of New York Kelly Bensimon is the female Chris Brown!!!

The socialite, 40, was arrested last week for allegedly hitting her boyfriend, 30-year-old Nicholas Stefanov.

The police report shows that Bensimon “hit him with a closed fist, theraby causing the informant to suffer a laceration below his left eye.”

Sick!

Bensimon’s reps deny the accusations, but Stefanov keeps persisting. And get this: he still wants to be with Bensimon! Rihanna-style!

“I do want to work it out,” Stefanov says. “But what are you supposed to do when a girl is hitting you? Just sit there like a punching bag?”

Uh, no. Ur supposed to get out of the relationship!!!
